Our online enrollment process is designed to be simple and intuitive, allowing you to complete the signup from the comfort of your own home at any time that suits your schedule.
Alternatively, if you prefer a more hands-on approach, our friendly and knowledgeable staff are always available to assist you in person at our office. We’ll walk you through the enrollment process, answer any questions you may have, and ensure that you feel confident and informed every step of the way.

What happens if my pet passes away while on the plan?
In the unfortunate event of your pet’s passing, our team will work closely with you to assess any remaining costs and determine the best course of action for dissolving the plan. We understand that each situation is unique, and we will tailor our approach to meet your individual needs and circumstances.
How do I make my monthly payments?
During your enrollment process (either online or in-person) you will enter which payment method that works best for you –credit, debit, or checking account. You will select what day of the month you would like the payment to be withdrawn. This will set up with our secure autopayment system which will handle the rest, ensuring that your payments are processed seamlessly each month.
