Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative at Green Prairie Animal Hospitals, you’ll be much more than the person answering the phone. You’ll be one of the first faces clients see and an important connection between pet owners and our medical team.
No veterinary experience? That’s okay. We’re looking for friendly, compassionate people who enjoy helping others, have strong communication skills, and are eager to learn. We’ll provide training in veterinary medicine, preventative care, and animal health.
In this role, you’ll assist clients in person and over the phone, schedule appointments, answer questions, manage medical records, and help coordinate patient care. Every day brings something new, making this a great fit for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and variety in their work.
Most importantly, you’ll help guide clients through both exciting and challenging moments in their pets’ lives. Whether welcoming a new puppy or helping a family through a medical concern, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for our clients and their animals.
